Refund Policy
WrightWorks AI Systems offers services on a project basis. Due to the custom nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If you are unsatisfied with the work delivered, please contact us at contact@wrightworksaisystems.com within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue. Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of WrightWorks AI Systems in cases where work has not yet commenced.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a project or service engagement by contacting us at contact@wrightworksaisystems.com. Cancellations made before work has begun will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after work has begun will be billed for work completed up to the point of cancellation. Subscription-based services may be cancelled at any time and will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
Dispute Policy
If you have a concern or dispute regarding a charge, please contact us directly at contact@wrightworksaisystems.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. Most issues can be resolved within 5 business days of contact.
